Appliance repair costs vary depending on the appliance, the problem, the replacement parts required and the labour involved. The best way to determine the actual repair cost is to first diagnose the appliance to avoid inaccurate quotes At Apolo Appliance Solutions, we inspect and diagnose the problem before recommending a repair. Once we identify the issue, we'll explain what needs to be done and provide a repair quote before proceeding with approved work. If you decide to proceed with the repair, we'll waive the service call fee.

A service call includes a visit from a technician to inspect your appliance, troubleshoot the reported problem and diagnose the likely cause of the failure. After the diagnosis, we'll explain what we found and provide a repair recommendation. If parts or additional work are required, you'll receive the applicable repair quote before we proceed.

When you book an appointment with Apolo Appliance Solutions, a service call fee is charged to cover the technician’s visit and diagnosis. This fee applies if you choose not to proceed with the recommended repair or if our technician determines that no repair is necessary for your appliance. However, if you approve and decide to move forward with the proposed repair, the service call fee will be credited and waived from your overall repair quote. This policy ensures transparency and fairness while providing you with expert assessment before committing to any repairs.

At Apolo Appliance Solutions, providing an accurate repair quote requires a thorough diagnosis by our expert technicians. Because each appliance's issue can vary greatly in complexity and parts needed, we must first inspect and assess the specific problem in person. Symptoms such as a dryer not heating or a refrigerator not cooling can be caused by several different components. Rather than guessing and recommending unnecessary parts, we prefer to identify the actual problem before providing the final repair quote. This approach ensures that we offer a precise and fair estimate tailored to your appliance’s unique condition, rather than relying on generalized pricing that may be over than the actual repair required. In this way, we know that we are keeping your best interest in mind.

Yes. Once we've diagnosed the appliance and determined the recommended repair, we'll explain the problem and provide the applicable repair quote before proceeding. No additional repair work is performed without your approval.
